Order Processing: Your orders will be processed within 2 business days after payment confirmation. This period may be extended during special occasions and holidays.
Shipping Time: The delivery time of your order may vary depending on your region. Generally, urban deliveries are completed within 1-3 business days, and intercity deliveries are completed within 3-7 business days.
Shipping Fees: No shipping fee is charged for orders over a certain amount. A flat shipping fee applies to orders below the free shipping limit.
Tracking: Once your order is shipped, a shipping tracking number will be sent to you. With this number you can easily track where your order is.
Delivery Address: Your orders are sent to the delivery address you specify. Make sure that your address information is correct and complete.
Return and Exchange Policy
As NovaMila , we prioritize customer satisfaction.
Here is our return and exchange policy:
Return Period: You can return your order within 7 days from the date you received it. For returns, the product must be in its original packaging and unused.
Exchange: Exchange transactions must also be carried out within the return period.
Return Procedure: You must send back the products you want to return in their original box along with the return form. After the necessary processes with the supplier are completed and the return is approved, your payment will be returned to you with the same payment method.
Shipping Fees: Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. However, shipping costs for the return of faulty or defective products will be covered by us.
Return Approval: Returned products will be examined by our quality control team and evaluated whether they comply with the return conditions. Once the return is approved, your payment will be processed within 7 to 20 business days.
